1. | Heat vegetable oil in deep-fat fryer to 375 degrees F or according to package directions for fries. |
2. | Fry frozen potato cuts for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown, or according to package directions. |
3. | Sprinkle fries with salt. |
4. | Serve immediately. Batch cook to maintain maximum quality of fries. CCP: Hold and maintain product at a minimum temperature of 135 degrees F. Check temperature every 30 minutes. Discard any leftovers. |
