1. | Rinse oranges in cool running water. Drain. |
2. | Slice oranges into 6 wedges each using wedger. |
3. | Place 6 wedges in individual serving dishes or place in pan. Cover and store in refrigerator until time for service. CCP: Refrigerate fruit for service at 41 degrees F or lower. Any leftover fruit should be refrigerated for service later in the week. |
Wedger should be cleaned and sanitized before use.
